Greater London Authority (GLA)
The GLA is a strategic regional authority, with powers over transport, policing, economic development, and fire and emergency planning. Three functional bodies — Transport for London, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime, and London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority — are responsible for delivery of services in these areas.

Housing-led population projections
Greater London Authority (GLA)The housing-led projections reconcile future population growth with available housing supply by incorporating a housing supply trajectory. The GLA recommends the housing-led projections for most uses. The most recent set of projections are the Interim 2021-based round (January 2023) which comprise three development scenarios: the Identified Capacity scenario, the Past Delivery scenario, and the Housing Targets scenario.
