London Local authorities have developed their Reduction and Recycling Plans (RRPs) setting out key actions for cutting waste and boosting recycling. The RRPs are used to drive and promote local activity that will also play an important role helping to achieve the Mayor’s London-wide targets to cut food waste by 50 per person and achieve 65 per cent municipal waste recycling by 2030.

To view each RRP click on the borough links below. New 2023 to 2025 RRPs are being added over the coming months. If your borough's RRP is not currently shown, please contact your council for more information on their RRP.

This index contains details of 50 different project areas and the boroughs that have included these in their 2018 to 2022 RRPs. A new database will be produced and shared in winter 2023/24, detailing actions from the new borough 2023 to 2025 RRPs.
