We have recently published data on the challenges that young Londoners face, to help shape the GLA’s holistic approach to empowering the voice of young Londoners. Here you will find our Systems Map that maps out the ecosystem and interactions that underpin youth civic action in London, as well as participatory research with active participation from members of London’s youth community.

The GLA Civil Society and Sport Unit Youth Team has commissioned London Metropolitan University’s CARES team to research the challenges young Londoners face, helping to shape a more holistic approach to empowering youth voice. The project includes a review of existing GLA evidence to map the youth social action ecosystem in London, alongside participatory research involving active input from young Londoners themselves.
