London Plan Town Centres Research – Technical Annexes

The Technical Annexes include data (in Excel format) related to the assessment and recommendations for the review of the London Plan town centre network and night-time economy classifications. The Annexes provide data which supplements the report titled (London Plan evidence: Town centres research (roles and functions) published in July 2026.

The Technical Annex files, excluding data and threshold analysis, are available to download below.
