Greater London Authority (GLA)
The GLA is a strategic regional authority, with powers over transport, policing, economic development, and fire and emergency planning. Three functional bodies — Transport for London, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime, and London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority — are responsible for delivery of services in these areas.

Natural Capital Account for London
Greater London Authority (GLA)This is the first natural capital account for London, and was supported by the Mayor of London, the National Trust and the Heritage Lottery Fund. The natural capital account assesses the economic value of different benefits that London and Londoners gain from the city’s public parks and other green spaces.
