- pc_rating: Purpose C contribution rating

- pd_rating: Purpose D contribution rating

- pe_rating: Purpose E contribution rating

- highest_ra: Highest contribution rating

- grey_belt: If the parcel is assessed to be grey belt (Grey belt) or not (N/A)

- s_count: Number of strong ratings for purpose A, B, C, and D

- NPPF: Identifies if the parcel contains an NPPF Footnote 7 Designation.


Please note the following for the NPPF attribute:
- The NPPF attribute is based on NPPF Footnote 7 Designation data that was merged as of May 2026 as displayed in the report.
- A 5m buffer was used for the listed buildings dataset to estimate the footprint of the buildings.
- A 2m buffer was used for the chalk rivers dataset.
