Need Census tracks and corresponding population data for 2011 in digital format. Does the Map for the census tract is provided in format such as ESRI shp files with the population data?

Would it be possible to get a dataset showing the population change from 1991 - 2001 and 2001 - 2-11 for the London Wards?

I wondered if it would be possible to have population data per london Borough that indicated density within age ranges, for example, 0-4 years, 5-8 years, 8-12 years ect. The age brackets would ideally be that small but even if the population per borough were split into 3 or 4 age ranges this would be incredibly helpful, truly hoping you may be able to help. I would like to obtain a dataset that has the London specific rank of income deprivation scores for 2007 at the lower super output level (LSOA). Ideally it would be a similar dataset to the already available Indices of Deprivation 2007 Ward Level Summary (http://data.london.gov.uk/datastore/package/indices-deprivation-2007-ward-level-summary) but with data at the LSOA level.
