Carbon Dioxide Emission Estimates. The aim of this project is to provide nationally consistent carbon dioxide emission estimates at local authority and regional level. This work has been made possible following the publication of local gas, electricity and road transport fuel consumption estimates by DECC for 2005 to 2007 (see: http://www.decc.gov.uk/en/content/cms/statistics/regional/re...).
