Can you please let me know where I can obtain a map at a scale of say 1:25,000 or 1:50,000 of the greenbelt land in and around the borough of Stevenage

The greenbelt designation is created by local authorities as part of their Unitary Development Plan/Local Development Framework.  They should be able to provide you with information showing where the greenbelt is in your area.
